These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://secureplusstorage.com/ (the "Site"), as well as any self-storage services provided by Secure Plus Storage ("we," "us," or "our") in Montego Bay, Jamaica. By using the Site or our services, including online rentals, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or services.

1. Description of Services

We offer self-storage units in various sizes (small: 24.75 ft², medium: 81 ft², large: 110 ft²) for monthly rental, starting at J$500/month. Features include:

1. Ground-level, drive-up access.

2. 24/7 video-monitored and gated facility.

3. Flexible, no long-term contract rentals.

4. Suitable for personal items (furniture, appliances), business inventory, equipment, or seasonal storage.

Online rentals are available for convenience, subject to availability.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

For online rentals, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Reservations and Rentals

Booking Process: Reservations can be made online or via contact. A valid payment method is required.

Payments: Monthly fees are due in advance, with no hidden charges. Pricing ranges: Small (J$500–J$9,900), Medium (J$1,620–J$32,500), Large (J$1,925–J$38,500).

Cancellations: Notify us at least [insert notice period, e.g., 7 days] in advance to avoid charges. Refunds are at our discretion.

Storage Rules: You may use your own lock. Prohibited items include hazardous materials, perishables, illegal substances, or anything that violates Jamaican law.

Access: Facility hours: 8 AM to 8 PM. Gated access requires your code or key.

5. User Responsibilities

Comply with all applicable laws.

Not store prohibited items or use units for residential purposes.

Maintain insurance for your stored items (we do not insure contents).

Keep the unit clean and undamaged.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site's content (text, images, logos) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Site for unlawful purposes.

Interfere with Site functionality.

Transmit viruses or harmful code.

Impersonate others or provide false information

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Services are provided "as is" without warranties.

We are not liable for loss or damage to stored items, indirect damages, or consequential losses.

Our maximum liability is limited to one month's rental fee.

We are not responsible for events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Site or services, including breaches of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate your access or rental at any time for violations, with notice where possible. Upon termination, remove your items promptly or they may be disposed of per Jamaican law.
